Stephanie is an RD and founder of Middleberg Nutrition, a health and wellness practice, and the best-selling author of "The Big Book of Organic Baby Food" and "The Big Book of Organic Toddler Food."
Stephanie is a native New Yorker who earned her Masters in Clinical Science and RD at New York University. Her broad experience combined with her unique ability to zero in on individuals’ key food triggers has led to ongoing relationships with thousands of clients, editors and publications, making her one of the city's most sought-after health experts.
In addition, Stephanie consults for an array of companies and corporations and serves as nutritional advisor for Little Spoon (a direct-to-consumer baby-food company), Calibrate (a telehealth metabolic reset program) and Aussie Bubs (a formula company).
