Fruit and Yogurt Buffet Tweens love to make their own meals, and a fruit and yogurt buffet will allow your child and their friends to personalize their breakfast. Offer the children a variety of fresh fruit such as apples, oranges, grapes, pears, peaches, and bananas. They can choose their favorite fruits and mix them with yogurt for a healthy and yummy breakfast. Toppings such as granola, oat bran, and raisins will make the breakfast buffet even better. Breakfast Casserole A breakfast casserole is an easy way to feed a crowd on a budget. Find a casserole recipe that will appeal to your crowd and be sure to consider any food allergies or aversions when you choose your dish. A typical breakfast casserole will include eggs, meat, and cheese. Be sure to offer fruit on the side and glasses of fresh orange juice.
