Natasha has written for many online publications such as healthline.com, Fitness magazine, and Oxygen magazine. She is passionate about her health and wellness career and works with clients daily to help them reach their fitness goals. She enjoys teaching others how to achieve lifelong wellness and aims to help others achieve important goals.
Natasha started her career as an Occupational Therapist, where she helped adults and seniors regain their independence through therapy. She worked in both long-term care facilities and patient’s homes for nearly ten years. In 2014 Natasha founded Fit Mama Santa Barbara and focused her energy on prenatal and postpartum fitness. She works with clients both locally and globally through her online platform. She enjoys using her expertise to provide valuable information on various health and fitness-related topics.
She graduated from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, with a degree in Kinesiology. After graduating, she pursued a career in Occupational Therapy and obtained her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has completed many continuing education courses in kinesiotaping, geriatric rehabilitation, durable medical equipment, post-injury rehabilitation, Autism and Asperger’s, nutrition, sports psychology, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is also a Level 1 Crossfit Coach.
