Dr. Lindsey Waldman is an endocrinologist with board-certification in pediatrics and pediatric endocrinology. She practices pediatric endocrinology in Northern Virginia at Pediatric Specialists of Virginia in Fairfax, Virginia. As both a registered dietitian and medical doctor, she has a particular interest in nutrition. She received her board certification from the American Board of Pediatrics and is an active member and committee member of the Pediatric Endocrine Society, as well as a member of the Endocrine Society. Dr. Waldman was named one of the Best Doctors 2019 by Northern Virginia Magazine, and has presented research posters at national meetings of the American Diabetes Association, Endocrine Society, and Pediatric Academic Society.
Dr. Waldman graduated from Cornell University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in nutritional sciences and went on to become a Registered Dietitian with the Aramark Corporation. She then went back to medical school to receive her MD from Stony Brook School of Medicine. She did a pediatric residency at Mount Sinai Hospital and stayed for a pediatric endocrine fellowship.
