As a health provider, I strive to partner with my patients to provide comprehensive, evidence-based and holistic care through open dialogue and shared decision-making. Leigh Raviv, WHNP-BC, is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner serving women in New York City. She has dedicated her career to providing gynecologic and reproductive health care to women across the lifespan, with a special interest in adolescents and young adults. She is passionate about wellness promotion, holistic women’s health, and reducing health care provider burnout.
She began her health care career in clinical research at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, where she became interested in preventative medicine and cancer screening in low resource settings. Ms. Raviv worked as a Registered Nurse for Pennsylvania Hospital, and has worked as a Nurse Practitioner for New York City Health and Hospitals and New York University-Langone. She currently works at a women’s health private practice in Manhattan.
Leigh Raviv received her master's and bachelor's degrees in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania where she specialized in women’s health. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northwestern University. She has completed professional trainings in Mind-Body Medicine at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine and Integrative and Functional Medicine at the New Medicine for Women Institute.
