Leah Ansell, MD, completed her Internal Medicine Internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering and her Dermatology Residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where she was selected as Chief Resident. She currently serves as an assistant professor of dermatology at Columbia University, where she teaches and oversees dermatology residents. She also works in private practice in New York City.
Dr. Ansell graduated from Dartmouth College for her undergraduate education. She earned her medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honors society for top graduating medical students. She was also awarded the Phi Rho Sigma Prize for highest overall standing and best performance in medical school.
