Lauren Capacete, MS, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in pediatric, gastrointestinal, and family nutrition. At Nemours/A.I duPont Hospital for Children, Lauren works daily with children, young adults, parents, and families to support positive health outcomes through nutrition. Lauren believes that wellness starts in the home, at the kitchen table—wherever that table may be and whoever takes a seat becomes a part of the family nutrition experience. Lauren has an “all foods fit” philosophy and works constantly to help families balance their sometimes foods with their always foods.
Lauren completed her Dietetic Internship at Massachusetts General Hospital and received her Masters of Science from New York University in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, although is often more willing to discuss her Bachelor’s degree in Storytelling.
