Physical therapy is an often-overlooked component of general health. So many of our physical and mental complaints can be made better by changing alignment, improving self-awareness, and in general, moving! I want to empower Verywell readers to take charge of their health, and to not be intimidated by the field of physical therapy. Most of the therapy I do every day is essentially play!
