Amanda Prahl is a full-time writer and former faculty associate at Arizona State University, where she has created and taught university-level courses in writing, theater, and film. Her written work, which focuses on education, history, and arts and pop culture, has been published on HowlRound, Slate, and BroadwayWorld, among others.
In addition, Amanda has worked as a contributor for Chegg, where she advises students on writing, grammar, and navigating the academic and professional worlds.
She has an MFA in Dramatic Writing and a dual B.A. in English and Political Science, all from Arizona State University.
